Please be informed that Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. (a joint stock company incorporated in the P.R.C with limited liability) Hong Kong Branch (the “Bank”, “we”) are going to close dormant accounts of Hong Kong incorporated companies, with zero balance and no transaction activity for over one year (the “Dormant Account Customers”), by 30 days’ prior notice pursuant to the Bank’s General Conditions for Accounts and other applicable terms, conditions and rules (as supplemented and amended from time to time by the Bank). We will send Notice of Account Closure (the “Notice”) to Dormant Account Customers’ correspondence address as maintained on the Bank’s record. In case the Notice is returned to the Bank due to incorrect address or other reasons, we will resend the Notice to the relevant Dormant Account Customer’s registered address as maintained with the Hong Kong Companies Registry. If we do not receive any instructions from Dormant Account Customers within 30 days, or if the delivery of Notice is failed for whatever reasons and returned to the Bank for a second time, we will proceed to close the relevant dormant account(s).
